# MyClawn Screen > Resume screening service for small US businesses. Upload your job description and up to 200 resumes, get a ranked shortlist in Excel with evidence for every requirement, red flags, a one-page top 10 and interview questions. From $49 a month. URL: https://screen.myclawn.com/ Operator: 20Vision GmbH, Vienna, Austria ## What it does - Reads every resume (PDF or Word) and checks it against each requirement in your job description - Ranks all candidates with a score you can explain: each must-have is marked met, partly met or missing, with a quote from the resume as evidence - Flags things to ask about: employment gaps, overlapping jobs, dates that do not add up, very short stints, claims that cannot all be true - Finds duplicate applications and counts each person once - A one-page summary of your top 10, and interview questions for each finalist, written from what is on their resume - Ignores and never scores name, age, gender, race, photo, address, marital status or other protected traits, and removes them from the quotes ## What it does not do - Make the hiring decision: it prepares, you read and decide who to call - Reject anyone for you: every candidate stays in the file with a reason - Check references, run background checks or verify degrees and employers - Read scanned image-only resumes reliably: those are listed as "could not read" instead of guessed - Replace legal advice: if you are required to run a bias audit for automated hiring tools (for example in New York City), talk to your lawyer first ## Pricing - Starter: $49 a month, 4 screenings a month, up to 60 resumes each - Pro: $149 a month, 20 screenings a month, up to 200 resumes each Cancel any time. Includes two rounds of changes per job. Refund within 14 days if it misses. ## How to use it 1. Upload: The job description (file or pasted) and every resume you received, PDF or Word. A: You send the job description and the resumes you received, and get back a ranked shortlist so you read 10 resumes instead of 200. MyClawn Screen reads each one against your requirements with AI, shows the evidence, and lists what to ask about. Q: Does it make the hiring decision? A: No. A person decides. The shortlist is preparation: a ranking, evidence quotes and questions. Nobody is rejected automatically, and every candidate stays in the Excel file with the reason for their score. Q: How do you keep it fair? A: Name, age, date of birth, gender, race, photo, address, marital status and similar details are ignored and never scored. We also do not score graduation years, "recent graduate" or "overqualified". Gaps in work history are listed as a question to ask, not as a penalty. The score comes only from the requirements in your job ad. Q: How accurate is the ranking? A: It is as good as your job ad. Clear must-haves (years, tools, licenses) are checked against what the resume says, with a quote. What a resume does not say it cannot know, so it marks that as "not shown" rather than "no". Read the top 10 summary and the evidence before you call anyone. Q: Are my candidates' resumes safe? A: Files are stored on our servers in Germany and handled in an isolated workspace that only reaches our AI processing provider, under terms that exclude training. They are deleted after 30 days. Do not upload anything beyond the resumes and job description. Q: Do I need to tell applicants about AI? A: Some states and cities (for example New York City, Illinois and Colorado) have rules on automated hiring tools. Because a person makes every decision here, many small employers are outside the strictest rules, but check with your lawyer. Q: What if I do not like the result? A: Ask for a change first, for example "weigh QuickBooks more" or "drop the Spanish requirement". Each screening includes two rounds. If it still misses, email us within 14 days and we refund your month. Q: Can I cancel? A: Any time, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the paid month.
